About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist & Senior Physiotherapist to join our supportive team in the Greater Western Sydney region, covering Hawkesbury, Windsor & Parramatta area. As a Physiotherapist, you will support clients through programs like Support at Home and Hospital Substitution, helping them achieve independence and reach their goals.

What You'll Do
* Deliver services to a diverse caseload, including orthopaedic, neurological, cardiorespiratory and gerontological clients.
* Help clients recover from injuries, surgery & acute or chronic conditions.
* Develop tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs
* Conduct mobility and falls prevention assessments
* Work closely with clients and families to achieve functional goals
About you
* Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
* Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
* Experience in community-based Physiotherapy or hospital setting desirable
