**Village Manager Role**
We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Village, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality services to guests and clients in a timely manner, meeting all quality standards and service level agreements.
* Maintain professional relationships with employees, clients, and guests, ensuring adherence to the Village Code of Conduct policy.
* Be fully conversant with client agreements, including agreed occupancy, revenue, service levels, and ensure their implementation.
* Report on and provide projections on budgetary performance.
* Conduct weekly meetings with Kitchen team, briefing them on Kitchen, Village, Operations, and Company matters.
* Facilitate random and planned audits and follow up action required to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Requirements:
* Experience in a management or supervisory role within the commercial hospitality industry.
* Highly developed business and human resources management skills.
* Certificate II in Security Operations (desirable).
* RSA certificate (RMLV preferred).
* Advanced First Aid certificate (desirable).
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong financial analysis skills.
* Proof of working rights within Australia.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Remote work experience (highly regarded).
