A New Vehicle Sales Manager is required for my client who is part of a major dealer group in Melbourne. A long standing group with solid foundations. This role is based on the western side of the city. The dealership retails multiple brands however this role is purely to manage one of their market-leading brands in the light to medium duty truck range.
The group employs over 700 residents and operate state-of-the-art facilities. A professional company delivering top quality service and protecting their future. A big believer in progression allowing staff to progress in their chosen field and providing ongoing training and education.

The role reports to the General Manager but you will be required to demonstrate a pro-active approach to gaining business and thus increasing sales.
**Other experience sought**:
- Motor industry experience in a similar role
- Obtain excellent closing ratios
- Ability to assist with the end to end build process
- Nurture both internal and external relationships
- DMS experience - Pentana, Eranet, Dealer Socket (advantageous)
- Attention to detail, excellent communications skills
- Create a solid team environment full of support and committment
