About the role
As a BaptistCare at Home Administration Officer (Scheduling Assistant) you will support our Service Schedulers to arrange services that meet our customer needs. You will work closely with our customers, Service Schedulers and care workers to ensure service requests and changes are clearly communicated. You will also assist our Service Schedulers with administrative functions that facilitate effective care worker rosters and payroll processes.
This is a permanent full time opportunity based at our Goulburn office.
About you
At least one-year minimum knowledge and experience in an administrative role
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Ability to work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
Ability to make decisions under pressure
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and time management skills
Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work.
