* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs.
* Drive business development within existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
* Implement land and expand strategies across accounts.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers.
* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for roles.
* Provide insightful updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market trends.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
* Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to advise clients better.
* Utilize recruitment tools and software to enhance sourcing and tracking efforts.
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management or recruitment, ideally within the IT sector.
* A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals and client expectations.
* Strong grasp of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple client needs.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
