We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our professional team at our Moe, Morwell and Traralgon sites. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a commitment to providing high-quality early education and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs that promote the development and well-being of young children
* Establish and maintain a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, learn and grow
* Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues to support the delivery of quality early education and care services
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that reflect best practice in early childhood education
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
* Current CPR and First Aid Certificate that includes asthma and anaphylaxis
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
