Site Supervisor - Brisbane Northside (MBRC)
HOMES by CMA are on the hunt for a Site Supervisor to meet our demand on Brisbane's Northside, Moreton Bay Regional Council area.

This role isn't for the average Joe – we aim to deliver the best for our customers. You will be responsible for the overall construction and finished quality of all new project and custom homes so will need to be able to thrive under pressure and strive for perfection on each and every home. You must be able to confidently juggle multiple projects and trades at once and ensure compliance with all building regulations and procedures, while taking pride in handing over a beautifully finished home.
Responsibilities
* Managing the overall site performance of multiple projects at once, ensuring the highest of standards by trades and cost effectiveness for CMA.
* Maximise site production by efficiently scheduling and managing a wide variety of subcontractors.
* Monitor build timeframes closely to ensure HIA contractual obligations are met.
* Continuously review building practices and procedures to uphold the CMA standard.
* Timely updates and prompt communication provided to CMA management and admin to relay to clients.
* On site walk‑throughs, meetings and handovers with clients.
Qualifications
* Current, relevant experience as a residential Site Supervisor.
* Strong time and project management skills.
* Knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems.
* Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades.
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
* A friendly yet professional approach to customer service.
* Carpentry skills preferred but not essential.
* Experience with CoConstruct scheduling software an advantage.
