Lions Restorations is a respected and growing insurance restoration company, specialising in large-scale disaster recovery projects including water, fire, and mould remediation.
We are seeking an experienced State Manager – NSW to lead and grow our operations across the state.
Based in Sydney's west, this is a senior leadership role with full accountability for P&L, operational performance, safety, and strategic growth. You will report directly to the Executive Management Team and lead an established team of supervisors and technicians across metro and regional NSW.
About the Role
As State Manager, you will take ownership of all NSW operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest industry standards. You will play a critical role in driving business growth while maintaining strong relationships with insurers, adjusters, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Managing statewide operations, driving business growth, and achieving operational efficiency.
* Operational Management: Overseeing large-scale insurance restoration projects, from initial assessment to completion, reviewing Scopes of Work and checking quality.
* Team Development: Recruiting, training, and managing high-performing restoration teams across metro and regional areas.
* Financial Accountability: Full responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) and ensuring profitability.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and ensuring compliance with safety/industry standards.
* Quality Control: Ensuring, through teams, that properties are restored efficiently and to a high-standard.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in insurance restoration or the building sector(essential)
* IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and Mould Remediation(required)
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive business performance.
* Solid Knowledge of OH and industry regulations ( Asbestos, water damage, mould etc...).
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
