Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategic and operational delivery of a diverse range of therapeutic services.
* Provide clinical leadership, risk oversight, and service quality assurance.
* Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
* Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice in DFSV and mental health programs.
* Foster partnerships with community stakeholders to support holistic care.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling, social work or related field.
* Experience in program management and clinical leadership within DFSV services.
* Strong clinical skills, particularly in trauma, domestic/family violence, and mental health.
* Deep understanding of feminist principles and gender-informed care.
* Experience working with diverse communities and marginalised groups.
