The Role: Restaurant Supervisor
We are seeking a Full-time Restaurant Supervisor who is dedicated to leading our dynamic front-of-house team through busy service periods, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and seamless front-of-house operations. This individual must possess natural leadership qualities and be highly capable of inspiring the team to work efficiently and to their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities
Overall Shift Leadership & Team Management: Lead, supervise, and coordinate the front-of-house team during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations. Foster a positive and productive work environment, keeping the FOH team motivated and focused on delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
Guest Experience Management: Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Operational Oversight (FOH): Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including restaurant setup, service flow, and guest seating. Ensure adherence to all FOH operational procedures and standards, and collaborate with the Kitchen Supervisor for seamless service coordination.
Quality & Consistency Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene in all front-of-house areas. Collaborate with the Kitchen Supervisor to ensure consistent food quality and presentation from the kitchen to the guest.
Training & Coaching of FOH Staff: Train, mentor, and coach front-of-house staff, fostering skill development, teamwork, and adherence to our check-lists & procedures.
What We're Looking For: Your Ingredients for Success
Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory role within a busy front-of-house restaurant environment, preferably in casual dining.
Leadership Qualities: The ability to lead by example, inspire team collaboration, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor under pressure, especially during high-volume periods.
Customer Service Excellence: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues with professionalism.
Work Ethic: Reliability, punctuality, and dedication to succeed are essential. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to commit to a full-time schedule, including day shifts, evenings, and weekends.
Passion for Service & Hospitality: A genuine interest in providing outstanding hospitality and a deep appreciation for authentic cuisine.
