What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe, person-centred nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting positive consumer outcomes and recovery-focused practice.
* Deliver direct care in line with individual care plans and scope of practice
* Monitor, assess and report clinical observations, escalating where required
* Support daily living activities and promote independence and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and health records
* Collaborate effectively within the multidisciplinary team to achieve care goals

Essential Requirements:
Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

* Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
* Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
* Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
