The Role
As Marketing Manager – Breakfast & Snacking, you will lead the definition of the local strategy for a portfolio of brands, including Lotus Biscoff and Lotus Natural Foods, establishing clear strategic priorities that translate into focused commercial objectives and executable tactics to drive sustainable growth. This role owns portfolio performance end-to-end and operates as the primary marketing and commercial lead for the brands. You will work closely with the Brand Director and in strong partnership with Brand Partners, as well as cross-functional internal teams, to ensure strategy, execution, and commercial outcomes are tightly aligned. You will provide clear leadership to a team of direct reports, fostering a high-performance, commercially minded marketing culture while balancing short-term delivery with long-term portfolio and brand health.
Key Responsibilities
• Define portfolio strategy and translate it into clear annual brand and category plans.
• Own end-to-end portfolio performance, with accountability for revenue, margin and A&P effectiveness.
• Lead Joint Business Planning with Brand Partners and collaborate closely with Sales and Shopper teams.
• Act as the senior point of contact for Brand Partners, ensuring strong governance and performance tracking.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Own the innovation pipeline and lead new product launches end-to-end.
• Govern Brand Partner–funded A&P investment and evaluate effectiveness.
• Contribute to demand planning and IBP to ensure plans are commercially and operationally sound.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a commercially minded, experienced Marketing Manager with strong leadership capability and a proven track record of driving portfolio and brand performance within FMCG.
• 10+ years’ experience in a senior FMCG marketing role with accountability for portfolio or brand performance
• Proven people leadership and coaching experience in a matrixed environment
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and investment decision-making
• Demonstrated success in brand strategy development and execution across multiple channels
• Proven experience leading NPD from business case through to in-market execution
• Strong stakeholder management capability, with the ability to navigate complexity and resolve conflict
