Enable Tier legal and compliance teams to unlock the power of AI.
About Haast
We aren't just "experimenting" with AI, we are shipping one of the first enterprise-grade LLM platforms delivering mission-critical value to teams today. For the last 2 years, we've been transforming compliance from a painful checkbox exercise into a smooth, intelligent process.
Our AI-powered platform helps legal, compliance, and marketing teams revolutionise their operations with up to 80% faster reviews and a 4x boost in productivity.
Think Canva for design. Trello for projects. Now, compliance has Haast.
Why this role exists
Compliance is a $50B global problem, and we are rewriting how it's solved.
We are looking for a Legal AI Implementation Strategist with a bias for action. Someone who can engage a Tier-1 enterprise, identify the deep friction in their legal workflows, and architect the AI strategy that solves it. You will be a key member of our Customer Success function, moving from high-level discovery to the final strategic rollout, enabling them to rethink what's possible in the age of AI.
The Role: AI Implementation Strategist
End-to-End Ownership: Lead AI implementation projects from onboarding to rollout; you'll own the customer journey from day one.
Workflow Architecture: Work with enterprise customers to deconstruct their workflows and compliance rule sets to identify their true pain points.
Trust & Enablement: Work side-by-side with legal, marketing, and compliance users to help them understand, trust, and master the platform.
Creative Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical or strategic blockers and find elegant ways through them.
Logic Design: Translate messy, real-world documents into structured insights our AI can act on.
Product Feedback Loop: Partner with product and engineering teams to shape Haast's roadmap based on live customer needs.
Scale the Playbook: Build out repeatable playbooks and best practices as we scale our global footprint.
You might be a fit if you:
Significant Professional Experience: Ideally 3–5 years of experience practicing law (with a JD/LLB), or in a high-stakes, client-facing strategic role (Management Consulting, Senior Ops, etc.) in a full-time capacity.
You are a workflow architect: You're obsessed with deconstructing how global legal teams operate and have a relentless drive to rebuild their manual processes for the AI age.
Polished Communicator: You can establish immediate credibility and speak the language of General Counsels and CMOs.
Product Mindset: You don't just "pass on" a problem; you think about how a solution can be scaled into the product itself.
Thrive in Ambiguity: You aren't afraid of complex business problems; you enjoy the process of bringing structure to chaos.
Accountability-First: You don't just "support" an implementation; you own the outcome and ensure the customer sees a massive return on their investment.
AI Curiosity: You are already tinkering with LLMs (Claude, GPT, etc.) and understand the nuances of how they can transform professional work.
Why Haast
Real AI, Real Production: Work on a platform already trusted by major global institutions.
Equity & Upside: We believe in sharing our success with the people who build it.
High Growth, High Stakes: Learn more in 12 months than most roles offer in 3 years.
Career pivot: Leverage your deep law experience and help to rewrite an entire category with AI.
Engineering-Driven Culture: We value learning, craft, and collaboration. No red tape, just shipping.
Ready to build the platform you'll be talking about for the rest of your career?
If you are a high-drive professional ready to bridge the gap between legal workflows and the future of AI, we want to hear from you.
Please apply with your CV and a brief note on why you're excited to move into the AI enablement space. We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate a track record of ownership and impact
At Haast, we believe bold ideas come from diverse perspectives. We're committed to building a team that reflects the world we work in; across gender, background, orientation, ability, and experience. Even if you don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you.
