Temporary Senior Physiotherapist roles (full-time, part-time considered) available at Logan Hospital, Meadowbrook, Metro South Hospital and Health Service, delivering Women’s, Men’s, and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy services in a collaborative, interprofessional team.
Your new role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will provide expert Women's, Men's, and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy services while supporting service development and mentoring junior staff. Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, intervention, and evaluation within an interprofessional team.
* Provide clinical supervision and training for less experienced clinicians, students, and Allied Health Assistants.
* Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and clinical education initiatives.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community organisations to optimise patient care and discharge planning.
* Lead and support service improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives within your clinical area.
About you:
You are an experienced Physiotherapist with expertise in Women's, Men's, and Pelvic Health and a commitment to clinical excellence, professional development, and patient-centred care. You bring:
* High-level clinical knowledge and skill in specialist pelvic health physiotherapy.
* Ability to provide mentorship, supervision, and guidance to junior staff and students.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
* Experience managing complex clinical caseloads and implementing patient-centred care plans.
* Initiative to contribute to service improvement, research, and evidence-based practice.

We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
