About The Role

Being part of the professional audiologists' team at Audika, you will work independently providing services to HSP, DVA, private and insurance clients. This includes performing hearing assessments, prescription, fitting and consulting. You will have access to the latest hearing aid technology via various manufacturers to give you tremendous job satisfaction and greater client outcomes. Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services, including wax removal (training provided if required), tailored to a diverse clientele including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
* Perform precise hearing assessments to ensure accurate diagnostics.
* Prescribe suitable hearing aids and skillfully fit them, personalized to individual needs.
* Participate in local area marketing events aimed at raising awareness and promoting our top‐tier hearing services.
Qualifications
* Experienced audiologist/audiometrist with wealth of experience in audiology and profound familiarity with hearing device products.
* Qualified Professional (QP) with membership in a recognized audiological peak body.
* Demonstrated dedication to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge.
* Proven commercial acumen, with a track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs.
* Empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills and empathy to foster meaningful connections with customers.
