About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our bin wash operations team in Erskine Park. This is a hands-on role that combines forklift operation, automated machinery use, and manual labour. You will be responsible for operating bin washing equipment, performing high-pressure washing, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely. Accurate data recording using scanners and reporting tools is a key part of this role. This position also requires a practical, problem-solving mindset. If machinery breaks down, you will be expected to assist with troubleshooting or revert to manual washing methods to maintain workflow.
