**Your new role**
Your journey in this role will initially see you working in a structured classroom environment Monday-Friday 9-5pm. Once you've successfully completed your classroom training you will move to working on a rotating roster Monday -Saturday 7am - 7pm. This is where the fun really begins.

Success in this role can be achieved through the demonstration of resilience, a customer first and solutions focussed approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment resolving a min of 50 calls from a range of small business customers per day.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your ambition, flexibility, resilience, and ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams is paramount. Whether your experience to date has been gained in the retail, hospitality, or services industry we want to hear from you If you've got the customer service skills, you'll be provided the training that you need to succeed.

We look for people who have a passion for doing the right thing by the customer and finding new and innovative ways to engage them. Strong verbal communication skills, computer, analytical, literacy and conversational skills coupled with strong technical and problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and procedures.
