About the Location
With 5 sites - Albury, Wodonga, Lavington, Wangaratta, and Yarrawonga - situated on the Murray River border of NSW and Victoria, and perfectly located between Melbourne and Sydney.
About the Role
The X-Ray Group is seeking experienced Sonographers to join the team in Wangaratta.
You will be part of our collaborative, committed Sonography team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities include
Conduct a variety of scans, including a mix of general, MSK, vascular, obstetrics, and gynaecological studies.
Enjoy a varied mix of hospital and private clinic work, as well as a state-of-the-art, dedicated breast imaging clinic (if applicable).
Weekend and on-call work available.
Collaborate with radiologists and colleagues.
Ensure rooms are restocked, cleaned, and patients are finalized.
About You
Graduate Diploma or Master of Medical Ultrasound with current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
Ideally 2+ years of postgraduate ultrasound experience.
An all-rounder with competencies in a variety of ultrasound examinations, including breast, general, MSK, obstetrics, and vascular.
Prepared to participate in a rotating weekend on-call roster between 6pm - 8am.
The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs.
Experience with Canon and GE is ideal.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
