Description and Requirements Summary: As a Device as a Service Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading, selling, and expanding a portfolio of lifecycle and managed services along with award-winning Lenovo technology to customers under an "as a Service" model in Hong Kong & Taiwan-based and headquarters customer accounts.
You should have in-depth knowledge of end-user lifecycle services including, but not limited to, Deployment Services, Managed Services, Asset Management & Help Desk Support, Service Contract Upgrades, Protection Services, Migration Services, and Maintenance, as well as Professional Services required to Design, Deploy, and Support client products.
The role also focuses on selling complex managed services centered around six core components: Digital Advisory services, Persona-based configuration, collaboration and productivity, Unified Endpoint management, Service Desk, and Security.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, own, and close new global account and large enterprise opportunities across multiple verticals within the territory.
Achieve sales objectives for Lenovo while driving growth across multiple product sets.
Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales goals.
Build and maintain C-level relationships, serving as a trusted consultant to customers.
Understand and incorporate Lenovo's ongoing product and service developments into an "as a Service" model.
Lead cross-functional teams to advance deals through the sales funnel.
Ensure delivery of world-class sales and customer service.
Use MS Dynamics and other reporting tools effectively to track sales metrics and meet targets.
Possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
Have 7+ years of successful enterprise solution selling experience.
Proven track record of achieving multi-million dollar quotas.
Deep understanding of "as a Service" models and their value propositions.
Solution sales experience and success.
Direct experience in the IT services industry focused on PCs.
Ability to build solutions in the IT services industry.
Strategic mindset with sound business acumen, decision-making, contract negotiation, and partner management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and deadline commitment.
High professionalism, entrepreneurial spirit, and agility.
Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels with a team-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, MS Dynamics, and Service Now.
Experience with consumption-based sales in Saa S, Daa S, or Cloud Services.
