About the Position
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and expansion.
* Active sales and business development responsibilities to establish a pipeline of prospective clients.
* Focusing on Asian markets, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and developing solutions that meet their requirements.
* Maintaining weekly and monthly reports of international accounts, collecting sales and account data to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
* Continuously reviewing and improving processes and procedures to enhance customer experience, orchestrating CRM activities, scheduling regular existing client visits, and new prospects to explore new opportunities.
* Developing pricing and costing models to present to prospect clients, negotiating pricing and issuing contracts, and monitoring the onboarding process for National/International accounts.
* Conducting market research and acquiring industry market intelligence.
About You
* A good understanding of the International Forwarding business and product industry knowledge is required.
* Minimum 2 years' experience working with the Forwarding industry (Sales / Marketing) is necessary.
* Multi-lingual language skills (English, Kannada, Hindi are preferred).
* CargoWise One (CW1) experience and MS office skills are essential.
* You should be self-motivated, able to close deals, and possess strong customer orientation skills.
* The ability to manage competing priorities, clear oral and written communication skills, and efficient planning and organizational skills are also required.
* Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
