Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Field Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and customer service skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients, troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide field-based IT support services to clients across Australia.
* Troubleshoot and maintain IT systems, including hardware and software issues.
* Ensure timely completion of all tasks in accordance with SLAs.
* Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
