* Coordinates tasks ranging from simple activities to complex plans, ensuring seamless workflow.
* Provides technical support for Windows 10/11 Admin, Intune, cloud, and thick build machines, leveraging expertise in system administration.
* Stays up-to-date with Windows App and Update release information, maintaining a high level of knowledge and proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoots general performance issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
* Fixes laptop hardware issues, such as monitor, mouse, headset, and phone problems, demonstrating technical prowess.
* Manages office licenses and troubleshoots office issues, ensuring optimal productivity.
* Collaborates with the MS Outlook app owner to identify root causes for Outlook issues, fostering effective teamwork.
* Maintains knowledge of Active Directory and Group policies, staying current with industry developments.
