Job Description:
Premier Legal Services Group is a boutique law practice with a focus on conveyancing and property law. We are seeking a detail-oriented Casual Conveyancing Paralegal / Assistant to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position allows you to contribute to smooth property transactions from the comfort of your home. We are looking for someone who has a thorough understanding of the Queensland conveyancing process and has excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with property settlements and allocated tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions with meticulous attention to detail
* Communicate with clients, real estate agents and solicitors to facilitate the conveyancing process
* Perform administrative tasks, relief and overflow work, running a small number of your own files
* Work directly with senior members of the team in a supportive and collaborative environment
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in Queensland conveyancing and PEXA electronic settlements
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Experience using conveyancing software (Smokeball, Leap or similar)
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills

Casual role approximately 20 hours per week initially, with the option to increase hours
