Support Worker - Adult Services
We are seeking Support Workers with specialised skills in drug/alcohol and mental health support.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in offering essential care and support to adults who may be facing various challenges.
* Work with individuals across age groups, assisting with personal care and daily living skills
* Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
* Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
* A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDSWC)
* A willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
* Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support highly regarded
