What you'll do

In this dynamic position, no two days look the same. You’ll contribute to planning and operations, support students as they build their clinical capability, and help ensure our clinics run efficiently and professionally.

Within this role, you will undertake hands-on operational and administrative support to ensure high-quality clinical learning experiences for students, including maintaining clinic resources, coordinating access to systems, processing clinical payments, managing mask fit testing appointments, and resolving day-to-day clinic issues as they arise. The role works closely with students, staff, and clinic stakeholders to support safe, efficient, and compliant clinic operations across the Students and Education Division.


What will help you succeed

To succeed in this role, you will require a relevant tertiary qualification and experience in service delivery or an equivalent mix of experience and training as well as:

* Demonstrated ability to deliver professional, high?quality service—both in person and online.
* Strong organisational and time?management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver outcomes.
* Confidence using digital systems and learning new platforms quickly.
* Experience building productive relationships with diverse clients.

Salary : Total remuneration range $94,129 to $106,754 pa (includes salary range of $79,383 to $90,031 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
