The Opportunity
Access Aged Care is seeking a dedicated on-site General Practitioner to join our growing team, providing medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes across the Wyong region.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to practise relationship-based medicine within a structured and well-supported model of care. As a GP with Access Aged Care, you will work as part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and administrative staff — delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care within the Aged Care setting.

Requirements
* Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner.
* RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion).
* Availability of 1 day per week initially, with opportunity to increase.
* Comfortable with technology, including system-based reporting and common clinical software.
* A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.
