The Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) is essential in setting the tone of the home environment for our residents.

As the Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) at our new facility, you will lead our Wellbeing team to develop and implement meaningful, engaging lifestyle programs for residents.

About You:
* Hold a Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or relevant qualifications, including Certificate III in individual support (Ageing)
* Experience in Lifestyle roles within aged care or similar fields
* Creativity, compassion, and supportiveness in developing quality Lifestyle programs
* Leadership and mentoring skills for Wellbeing Assistants
* Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Respect for cultural diversity, maintaining residents’ dignity and preferences
* Willingness to adopt new technology, systems, and social media
* Problem-solving skills and initiative to achieve positive outcomes
