**The Client**
This growing boutique law firm is seeking a Front of House Receptionist on either a full-time or part-time basis (2-3 days). They are known for their friendly team culture, flexible and fair working practices and excellent reputation in the Perth legal market.
**The Role**
Your role will play a vital part in the continued success of this firm by providing quality reception and administrative assistance to the rest of the team. You will build upon your client service skills by providing support to clients when they need it most.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception
- Assisting with billing and billing queries
- Setting up meeting rooms
- General administrative and ad-hoc duties as requested
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Receptionist preferably within a Legal Practice as well as:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) with a diverse range of clients
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a high paced environment with competing demands
- Ability to work in a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
