Job Description
Are you a recent science graduate or early-career professional with a passion for customer engagement and a desire to launch your career in sales? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic and high-performing sales team that's focused on delivering complete solutions to customers through our Total Account Management approach.
We're looking for a motivated, coachable and customer-focused individual to support our team of Account Managers in building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities across our full product and service portfolio.
In this role, you'll gain first-hand experience in solution-based selling, customer interaction, and business development, supported by structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
What You'll Do:
* Partner with Account Managers to support existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions, and drive commercial outcomes
* Assist with sales processes including quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals
* Sales of Analytical instruments, consumables and service contracts.
* Support telesales and inside sales activities targeting untapped and high-potential accounts
* Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value-added support
What You Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
* Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM or sales tools (training will be provided)

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.Life Sciences, or a related discipline
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
