Project Support Role

The Project Support Officer position provides executive support to a departmental head/project director. Responsibilities include diary management, administration duties, reporting, project governance, correspondence, meeting support, and document control.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and assist in editing, reviewing, and distributing written correspondence.
* Manage project registers and trackers, advising stakeholders of pending requirements and deadlines as required.
* Provide general administrative support to the broader team.
* Support procurement and contract management activities.
* Provide secretariat and administrative support for various internal and external Program Delivery governance bodies.
* Assist in preparing regular scheduled and ad hoc reporting, coordinating responses from relevant stakeholders.

We seek an individual with demonstrated ability to perform a broad range of team administrative support functions. Requirements include intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong interpersonal skills, experience in providing executive level support, initiative, problem-solving ability, time management, and prioritization skills.
