Snooze Chadstone is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant who presents in a self‐assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers.
You will be working 38 hours a week, including agreed weekends, some public holidays as well as weekday work.

At Snooze, you will
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service
* Build rapport and foster long‐term relationships
* Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, answering calls and walking the sales floor
* Enjoy fantastic training and learn about high quality beds and mattresses
You will bring
* Experience in sales as an advantage (preferred)
* A genuine ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you are engaging
* The ability to perform well in a rapid‐paced environment – you work well independently and as part of a team
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
* The capability to lift product on occasion
