Fixed Term Position

Please note that this is a 12 month Fixed Term position. Only candidates residing in Australia with full working rights will be eligible for consideration.

Job Description

This strategic role is focused on building and strengthening partnerships with universities across Australia and the Asia‐Pacific region, as well as key accreditation bodies and healthcare industry stakeholders. You will play a central role in supporting the development and growth of new clinical practice education courses, contributing directly to broader business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, results‐driven, and bring an established network within the health sector.

Responsibilities
* Develop and leverage relationships in the health sector to support the expansion of Keypath's Australia & APAC health portfolio to achieve business targets.
* Liaise with health faculty members at Keypath's University partners to pitch, develop and operationalise clinical education courses.
* Communicate with accreditation bodies to ensure new clinical education courses achieve accreditation and existing courses are re‐accredited.
* Advise on new clinical and health course structures and curriculum design, in alignment with accreditation requirements and in collaboration with Keypath's product development team and subject matter experts.
* Identify opportunities in the health sector for new course lines (e.g. CPD, Executive Education, international opportunities).
* Build the profile of the Keypath brand in the health sector.
* In collaboration with Keypath's Director of Product Strategy and our operations business units, monitor and analyse performance of existing health and clinical courses to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
* Lead innovation across the health portfolio, driving course quality, student experience and revenue outcomes.
* Develop and lead a health 'community of practice' across Keypath Australia and Asia Pacific.
* Live and continuously nurture Keypath's strong and vibrant corporate culture, committed to diversity in all forms, and aligned to our values of inventiveness, collaboration, commitment and lifelong learning.
Qualifications

We are seeking a collaborative, innovative health professional with extensive experience in the education sector. The successful candidate will take accountability for growing and innovating a large and varied portfolio of health courses.

* Relevant academic qualifications in their original discipline, with additional study education more broadly.
* 5+ years' experience in academic leadership roles in a health faculty, e.g. course lead or Coordinator, Associate Dean Teaching and Learning.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen, financial management skills and networking ability.
* Experience managing courses through university internal accreditation processes, and an understanding of TEQSA regulations as they pertain to learning experience and quality.
* Experience working outside of the university sector, e.g. practiced in their health profession, run their own business.
* Experience liaising with professional accrediting bodies specifically around course accreditation/re‐accreditation.
* Developed or implemented innovative teaching and learning practices, especially technology‐based such as simulations.
* Strong influencing and communication skills.
