Your Role:
As the Area Manager, you will oversee a portfolio including different brands and formats. Your focus will be to ensure consistent brand execution, drive commercial outcomes, and elevate the customer experience across each location. Working closely with store managers, you will champion their success and uphold the big picture strategy on the ground.
* Visit stores regularly to support, coach, and direct Managers
* Review sales reports and store performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement
* Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
* Support staff development and build strong teams with Store Managers
* Create staff plans that meet business needs and ensure smooth store operations
* Coordinate with HQ to roll out promotions, campaigns, and new season launches
* Maintain consistency and focus on customer experience across all locations
Candidate Profile:
* Proven success in area or regional management overseeing more than 8 locations, ideally in fashion or apparel
* Confident in using store data and KPIs to inform decisions and drive performance
* Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams with a focus on culture, accountability, and results
* Skilled in managing stock, rosters, visual merchandising, and compliance across multiple sites
* Enjoys being on the floor, supporting teams, and engaging with customers during visits
* Strong communicator who builds relationships easily and navigates change effectively
* Holds a current driver’s license and is open to interstate travel
* Experience with brick & mortar and concession retail formats is preferred but not essential.
