**Drive Growth and Revenue as a Sales Director**
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the IP and Optical markets. This is a key role that requires a strong leader who can develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly in the areas of IP and Optical sales. They will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan that exceeds quota, recruiting and training new channel partners, and identifying top sales opportunities. They will also need to maintain Salesforce and submit regular reports to management with forecast.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The ideal location for this role is Sydney, but the right candidate's skills and relationships take precedence.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Australia and have a minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
