To succeed in this role, you will have:
* 3-5 years' experience in soft goods buying across Australia and NZ
* Numerical skills, negotiation, budget understanding, and execution
* A flair for product and customer needs analysis
* A proven track record of negotiating successful outcomes internally and externally
* Trade partner management expertise
* Margin management and pricing capabilities
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship-building skills, influencing key stakeholders
* Solid analytical skills, intermediate Excel abilities
