Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper
Job Description:
To meet our business goals, we are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing high-quality bookkeeping services to a wide range of industries and client groups.
This role will cover the full remit of bookkeeping activities including:
- BAS / IAS preparation
- Data entry
- Payroll processing
- Account reconciliation, including accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with monthly reporting
- Providing client support and assisting with queries
- Having the ability to manage work for and provide exceptional service to various clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in processing payroll and being technically proficient and up to date with the latest accounting software (Xero and MYOB) and data entry software such as Hubdoc and Dext.
- A high-level attention to detail, and great organisational skills, to manage your workload, while providing exceptional service to various clients to achieve deadlines.
- Current national police clearance (within six months) and Australian working rights are essential.
