What This Job Involves
We're looking for a personable and proactive Concierge to join our team onsite at International Towers in Barangaroo You will be responsible for providing end-to-end customer service through each interaction, this includes creating a welcoming and professional service within the building.
This role works a rotating roster between 7:00am – 7:30pm, Monday – Friday.
A snapshot of the role
* Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings
* Provide assistance and direction according to the customer request
* Assume responsibility for all Front of House areas ensuring they are always presentable. Report anything which requires attention
* Be the ultimate host/co-host of community engagement events and initiatives, as required
* Attend building events, meetings and training days as requested by building management

If you're a self-starter, goal oriented and love building client relationships then this is the role for you You've got excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. You adopt a hands‑on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace meeting all performance targets. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.
