Business Development Executive
The role of a Business Development Executive is crucial in the success of any organisation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include managing existing client relationships, analysing customer needs to develop effective solutions, negotiating contracts and agreements, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree or higher, strong organisational and communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A background in IT or sales would also be an advantage.
A full-time position is available with a competitive salary package. Additionally, you will have access to 12 days of training per year, including six of your choice. Fruit, coffee, and snacks are provided in the office, and there are numerous sports activities to participate in. Unlimited after-work parties and team-building events also add to the perks.
You will begin with two weeks of intensive functional training to become proficient in our product. Subsequently, you must pass the Odoo certification exam. The learning curve continues to rise as you learn about business and IT, uncovering new secrets daily. With internal and external training, we ensure everyone at Odoo receives at least 10 days of education annually. Our Learning & Development department continually seeks new trainings to incorporate into our catalogue.
