Procurement Professional
We are seeking a detail-driven and commercially astute individual to play a pivotal role in the end-to-end establishment of contracts for both major and minor construction projects, as well as critical equipment procurements.
* Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of contract formation for works and equipment packages, ensuring compliance and value delivery
* Collaborate on the development of evaluation plans, tender documentation, and bid management activities
* Facilitate bidder engagements, including briefings, clarification sessions, and information exchange
* Oversee the evaluation phase by conducting compliance checks, supporting commercial assessments, and enabling consensus-based selection
* Assist in negotiation processes spanning commercial, legal, and technical domains
* Manage contract drafting through to award, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks
* Promote best practice procurement and uphold organisational commitments
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contracts establishment for capital works or project-based procurement, excellent stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship skills, strong written communication skills, and meticulous attention to documentation detail.

Requirements:
