About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll inherit an existing customer base and be responsible for managing their accounts, while actively growing your portfolio through cross-selling and customer acquisition. You’ll use our extensive internal database and organic inbound leads to reconnect with warm and dormant leads, as well as proactively generating current opportunities through outbound sales activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Re-engaging customers with inactive accounts to increase retention and awareness.
- Handle and convert inbound enquiries via phone, email and website.
- Actively making both warm and cold outbound calls to generate sales.
- Utilise internal CRM and lead data to identify warm sales opportunities.
- Assisting with customer orders and enquiries, as needed.
- Cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
- Liaising with suppliers to help ensure material quality and availability.
- Problem-solving and managing customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Working both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
