Role Description The Aftercare Sales Consultant plays a key role in delivering a positive and memorable post-purchase experience, driving customer satisfaction and long-term retention. With a strong customer-first mindset, you'll identify and implement strategies to maximise revenue while ensuring each customer receives outstanding after-sales support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building lasting customer relationships. Qualifications Experience in sales, particularly in the automotive aftermarket industry is preferred.
