Project Engineer - Civil

This opportunity involves working on large civil projects in the field of infrastructure and construction.
The primary goal is to provide on-site engineering services to support project objectives through effective collaboration and risk management.
The Role
1. Evaluate risks that may impact the safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of activities under management and escalate accordingly.
2. Manage quality production defined by method statements and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), monitoring construction progress to ensure acceptable quality of structures and finishes.
3. Establish, measure, and report daily productivities for assigned activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
4. Perform cost controlling and estimating duties as required, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
5. Develop, monitor, and report on programs for elements of work as required, adhering to project timelines and milestones.
6. Lead and manage work teams in the field, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
7. Verify subcontractors' claims and variations, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
8. Procure goods and services as required, utilizing relevant governance requirements.
9. Maintain current knowledge and application of relevant legislation, industry standards, and technological innovations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Undertake all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) responsibilities as identified in Management Plans and associated documents.
