A day in the life
As an In-store Visual Merchandiser for Ghanda Clothing, you will have direct responsibility for:
* Establishing and maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising
standards to maximise store shopability and profitability
* Executing and adapting visual merchandising memos, in line with Ghanda Clothing's creative direction, to optimise return on floor space and generate consumer interest
* Planning, coordinating and executing seasonal updates
* Analysing product performance to refine store-specific merchandising decisions
* Providing on-the-floor training and coaching to retail team members on visual
merchandising fundamentals
About you
We'll know you're the one if you're someone with:
* Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising and inventory control, ideally in a fashion retail setting
* Commercial acumen and proactive operational troubleshooting skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
