Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partnerships Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will have experience in business partnering and coaching within a medium to large organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert consultancy advice to managers and staff on all aspects of the Human Resources function, with particular focus on industrial relations advice and support.
* Ensure that advice, processes and tools align with organizational policies, industrial obligations and best practice HR management.
* Implement strategic and operational priorities to assist the organization in the management and engagement of its workforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated business partnering and coaching experience within a medium to large organization.
* Demonstrated experience working in a complex environment, leading and assisting with interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and solving complex people issues.
* Understanding of a wide range of employee and industrial relations issues.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
