About you: You are a hands-on and results-driven Paid Media Account Manager who’s ready to move into a leadership role. You’ll manage end-to-end campaigns across Meta and Google, mentor and lead a small team, and collaborate with creative and content leads to ensure paid strategies align perfectly with brand direction. You will be extremely personable and driven and will have the ability to talk to clients of all levels and manage expectations, making their paid media strategies a reality. Key Responsibilities: You will manage and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns You will own campaign strategy, builds, testing, optimisation, and performance reporting to clients Lead and mentor a media team to deliver high-quality results as well as collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive brand execution Audit and improve systems, workflows, and reporting processes Present strategies, performance insights, and growth opportunities to clients and internally Key Requirements: 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media (Meta and Google) Proven ability to manage accounts independently and deliver measurable results Strong creative strategy skills and a focus on clean, high-performing builds Confident communicator with client-facing experience Experience mentoring / or leading a small team If you’re ready to take the lead in a high-impact paid media role, hit APPLY or send your CV and cover letter to brettdickinson@s2m.com.au.
