Join a collaborative Salesforce engineering team working across meaningful platform initiatives.
Take ownership of end-to-end development across Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and Salesforce DevOps.
Work in a mature Agile environment where quality, autonomy, and stakeholder partnership matter.
Are you a hands‐on Salesforce Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable solutions, and working closely with the business to make technology genuinely useful?
This role suits a Senior Salesforce Engineer who is comfortable with both backend and frontend development, can work autonomously, and communicates clearly with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
* Design, build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and modern development practices.
* Work across integrations with external systems, including REST APIs, OAuth, and event‐driven architecture.
* Take ownership of the full solution lifecycle, including technical documentation, deployment support, monitoring, and post‐production care.
* Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, explain technical options and guide practical delivery decisions.
* Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement across the team.
What you'll bring
* Strong Salesforce engineering experience, including Apex, Triggers, Controllers, asynchronous processing, and Apex test classes.
* Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, SOQL/SOSL, governor limits, and platform performance considerations.
* Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, pull requests and deployment processes, ideally including CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
* A clear, proactive communication style, with the ability to manage priorities, raise blockers early and work effectively with cross‐functional teams.
You'll be joining a team that values autonomy, quality, and thoughtful engineering. This is a great opportunity to work on a business‐critical Salesforce platform while partnering closely with stakeholders and making a visible impact.
