Job Requirements

* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage members confidently and negotiate effectively.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management capabilities.
* A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
* Tier 2 qualification (or a willingness to obtain it with our support).
* Solid understanding of underwriting standards and procedures, or the ability to learn quickly.
* Experience in client service, insurance operations, or a related support role is highly regarded.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate responses to member and client enquiries across phone and email channels.
* Assess insurance risks and determine appropriate premiums, excesses, and coverage in line with underwriting guidelines.
* Process endorsements, cancellations, quotations, and online referral requests efficiently and accurately.
* Support Business Development Managers with product placement, member enquiries, and urgent operational requests.
* Maintain accurate member and policy records, ensuring full compliance with underwriting and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, enhance service delivery, and support smooth daily operations.
* Uphold CMCA Insurance values in every member, client, and team interaction, contributing to a positive and supportive culture.
