Home Care Worker Role Overview
We are seeking reliable and passionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. This role involves working in a person-centred environment that respects the rights and needs of each client.
As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties. You will also help clients with daily errands, companionship, and support, as well as providing support with academic, social, or recreational activities.
* Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
* Helping clients with daily tasks, such as grocery shopping and meal preparation
* Supporting clients with their mobility and transferring them safely
You will need to be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.

Key Skills and Qualifications
