What You’ll Do
* Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
* Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
* Design and produce top quality food
* Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What do we need from you
What You’ll Need
* Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
* Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
* Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
* Trade cooking qualifications
* The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
