Austworld continues to be at the forefront of the ever-changing demands of the plumbing sector in providing high quality, efficient and water conscious products.
Reporting direct to the State Sales Manager, a position has become available for a hands‑on Sales Account Manager who will play a key role in managing account requirements and establishing long term strategic relationships whilst sourcing and approaching new customers throughout Brisbane (North) region.
YOU WILL
- Manage key accounts and their stakeholders
- Provide ongoing service support to assigned key customers
- Ensure all customer requests are attended to in a timely manner
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Proven ability in account management
- Previous plumbing experience would be advantageous
- Strong presentation skills with an exceptional customer service focus
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships across the plumbing sector
- 5 years proven technical sales experience
- Current open driver's license and the ability to travel
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
